Just like your emotions, if it gets bottled up for a long time it will build up and spill over to other parts of your life.
When you express your thoughts and work with a clinical counsellor, it can help you relieve the negative pressure. Your clinical counsellor can help you process these thoughts and come up with a plan on how to overcome the negative perceptions and to improve the situation.
Due to COVID-19, we will not be offering beverages at this time. Try to have your drink and a snack beforehand if needed.
You are welcome to take notes during the session, our naturopath will also provide you with a personal recommendations list for you to keep!
