Here are some frequently asked questions:

COVID-19

In order to keep you and our practitioners safe, we have protocols in place as we proceed to navigate the new normal together.

Disinfect all high-touch surfaces frequently, including washrooms

Scheduling will be reduced to provide plenty of time between clients

Complete the COVID19 Self-assessment form

Each day prior to the start of their shift

Face masks are mandatory

All practitioners will be wearing a surgical face mask throughout at all times during the appointment

Practitioners will wash and sanitize their hands frequently

Bed sheets are always changed between each client

Temperature checks are required for all clients and staff

Please complete the COVID19 Self-assessment form 

sent to your email prior to your appointment, we will kindly ask you to reschedule if you don’t pass the screening 
 
Please arrive on time and wait outside until your therapist invites you in 

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to reduce your waiting time outside 
 
No plus ones who do not have an appointment

In order to reduce traffic and provide safe social distancing

please put one on upon entering, if you forgot yours, they are available for purchase for $2 each 
 
Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon entering
 
Temperature checks are required for all clients and staff

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too!

Unfortunately, a fee to the value of the appointment booked will be applied to your account for any missed appointments or cancellations without at least 48 hours notice. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice means we are unable to re-use that time to support other clients!

We understand there are special circumstances where a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Cancellation can be done by phone and email at any time.

Please note that the cost of missed appointments and late cancellations are not covered by your ICBC, WCB or private insurance.
